Bodies in the form of snake, of colors which differ since the black jet with the brown verdusco, have an abundant viscosity in all its skin. Not very aggressive (even in the animals of large cuts) they should not be confused with other species like sea eel. They present  the jaw lower more advanced than the maxilares (contrary with sea eel) and its consumption goes up with the history older than the man.

Those fish of the most calmed water like, especially of close ports and handles at the exits caños and the estuaries. They enter well almost to the totality of starters which to be able us to offer to them, especially what is different towards sea, by presenting to battle at the moment of harvest the animals of big size. The only precaution in its handling is to avoid the contact of its blood with cuts in our skin, since it is considered literally toxic.
