The sea eel, differently appreciated in the kitchen, is however a powerful adversary for our fine lines. To capture an animal of the power of a large sea eel or zafio, which can easily exceed the ten kilos of weight, requires the patience and the ability of the knowledge to make. Its ferocity and resistance in the capture will make us spend one unforgettable moment.

 

Close relations with those anguilidos, they are easily distinguished being given which the upper jaw exceeds the inferior. Without escamas in its body and with eyes of remarkable intelligence; they in their librea gray tone more or less obscure with the dorsal and anal aileron bordered in black.
