The titas are undoubtedly the starter any ground par excellence. They arrive at our market in three presentations mainly; with an average and large size (since Huelva and south of Portugal), known like trawl line largest and of ration or drive second, and in a smaller face, knowledge bibis or babys of Asian origin.

According to the size we will be able to use them different manner.
